Attorney Marc Dreier was charged in March of 2009 with charges arising from an alleged $700 million fraud against his clients.
Dreier has been under house arrest since being indicted for securites and wire fraud under a $10 million cash bond.
Dreier was apparently selling fake financial instruments.
Prosecutors want Drier to forfeit his properties in the Hamptons, in New York city and in Anguilla.
Prosecutors also want to obtain his paintings by Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Matisse and Picasso.
